How to connect CampanaOne

CampanaOne is a mass notification platform that sends alerts by SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp and push, and records responses.

Start a workflow when this happens

Alert Completed — Triggers when an alert finishes: its timer ends, it is terminated, or resending is done.
Alert Sent — Triggers when an alert starts sending, straight away or at its scheduled time.
New Response — Triggers when someone answers a two-way alert, on any channel.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add or Update Contact — Adds a contact, or updates the one with the same Unique ID. Fields you leave empty are not changed.
Find or Create Contact — Finds a contact by Unique ID, email or phone, and adds one if none is found.
Remove Contact — Deletes a contact permanently, with their group memberships and any portal login. Their past alerts and responses stay in reports.
Send Alert — Sends an alert to everyone, to groups, or to chosen people, on the channels you pick.
