Flexport is a service that connects freight and fulfillment logistics to automate orders, shipments, and event tracking across your workflows.

Start a workflow when this happens

New Inbound Shipment — Triggers when a new inbound freight shipment appears in Flexport, optionally filtered by transportation mode or status. Requires freight API credentials on the connection.
New Order — Triggers when a new fulfillment order is submitted to Flexport.
Order Status Changed — Triggers when an order moves through its fulfillment lifecycle (submitted, picked, packed, dispatched, shipped, delivered, held, or cancelled), optionally filtered to a single status.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Product — Creates a new product in the Flexport catalog.
Find or Create Product — Finds a product by SKU, creating it if none exists.
Update Product — Updates an existing product by its Flexport Logistics SKU (DSKU). Only the fields you provide are changed.
Upload Shipment Document — Uploads a document (for example a completed pro forma invoice) and attaches it to a freight shipment. Requires freight API credentials on the connection.

Look up existing records

Find Commercial Invoice — Finds a commercial invoice by shipment, invoice number, or ID, including line items with units and declared values. Requires freight API credentials on the connection.
Find Customs Entry — Finds a customs entry by its entry number and returns it with the linked shipment (Flex ID and house bill number) for post-entry verification. Requires freight API credentials on the connection.
Find Document — Finds a document attached to a freight shipment (for example the commercial invoice PDF or billing packet), including the file itself. Requires freight API credentials on the connection.
Find Order — Finds a fulfillment order by your External Order ID or the Flexport Order ID.
Find Product — Finds a product by its exact Merchant SKU or Flexport Logistics SKU (DSKU).
