Start a workflow when this happens

Invoice Paid — Triggers when a client pays an invoice.
New Contact — Triggers when a new contact (client, sub, vendor) is created.
New Project — Triggers when a new project is created.
Proposal Approved — Triggers when a client approves a proposal. Includes the estimate ID so you can feed it directly into the 'Find Estimate' search action.
Proposal Sent — Triggers when a proposal is sent to a client.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Contact — Creates a new contact (client, subcontractor, vendor).
Create Project — Creates a new project. Optionally creates or links a client.
Create Project With Document — Creates a new project and attaches a document containing the form info. Optional photo URLs are downloaded and attached to the document. Synchronous.
Create Project and Generate Estimate — Creates a new project and generates an AI-powered estimate. The estimate runs in the background (typically 1-5 minutes) and the step completes when it's ready.
Find or Create Contact — Find a contact by query; create one if no match is found.
