inFakt is a Polish invoicing and accounting platform that lets you manage invoices, clients, and payments.

Start a workflow when this happens

New Invoice — Triggers when a new invoice is created in Infakt.
New Invoice (With Filters) — Triggers when a new invoice is created. Filter by invoice status (draft/sent/printed). Note: This tracks new invoices only, not updates to existing invoices.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Client — Creates a new client in Infakt. Use this to add customers before invoicing or to import clients from external sources (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.).
Create Invoice — Creates a new invoice in Infakt. If you also create invoices via the Infakt web UI or another API client in parallel, use "Create Invoice (Async)" instead to avoid invoice-number race conditions.
Create Invoice (Async) — Creates an invoice via the asynchronous Infakt endpoint. Recommended when you also create invoices in the Infakt web UI or via another API client, as the async queue prevents invoice-number race conditions. Also required for automatic KSeF submission.
Mark Invoice as Paid — Marks an invoice as fully paid in Infakt.
Send Invoice to KSeF — Sends an existing invoice to KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur — Polish national e-invoice system). Requires KSeF integration to be configured on your Infakt account. The KSeF number (ksef_number) is assigned asynchronously — use Find Invoice after a delay to retrieve it.

Send Invoice via Email — Sends an invoice to client via email. Changes invoice status to "Sent".

Look up existing records

Find Client — Search for a client by company name, person name, NIP, email, or ID.
Find Invoice — Find invoices using multiple filters: number, client name, NIP, status, date range. All filters are optional and can be combined.
