How to connect Mailbox Power

When new Contact Added to Group in Mailbox Power, find or create contact in Salesflare.
When updated Contact in Mailbox Power, find or create contact in Salesflare.

Mailbox Power is a direct mail automation platform for sending personalized greeting cards, postcards, and gifts from the tools you already use.

Start a workflow when this happens

Contact Scans QR Code — Triggers when a contact receives one of your mailpieces and scans the Image Auto Merge QR code printed on your mailpiece.
New Contact Added to Group — Triggers when a new contact is added to a group.
Order Shipped — Triggers when an order ships to a recipient, with the tracking number and recipient details. Multi-recipient orders trigger once per recipient.
Updated Contact — Triggers when a contact is updated.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create or Update Contact — Adds a new contact OR updates an existing contact IF the first name, last name, street, city, and state match and existing contact.
Delete Contact — Completely removes a contact from your account. If the contact is enrolled in a Mailbox Power automation, will also remove them from the automation.
Enroll Contact in Automation — Enrolls an existing contact in one of your Mailbox Power automations. If the contact was previously paused in the automation, they are resumed.
Remove Contact From Automation — Removes (pauses) a contact in one of your Mailbox Power automations so they receive no further mailings from it. The contact itself is not deleted.
Remove Contact From Group — Removes a contact from a contact group (mailing list), but does NOT delete the contact. If the contact is enrolled in a Mailbox Power automation, will also remove them from the automation.

Look up existing records

Find Contact — Finds an existing contact by email, External ID, or name. Use the returned Contact ID in later steps, like Remove Contact From Group or Delete Contact.
Find Order — Finds an order by its Mailbox Power order number and returns its status, shipped date, and tracking number.
