How to connect OtterText

Start a workflow when this happens

Form Submitted — Triggers when a customer submits a form on the website opt-in page or chat.
Message Received — Triggers when a new message is received from an opted in customer or a new customer.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add Contact — Customer will be matched based on the phone number provided. If customer not found then a new customer will be added and an Opt in message will be sent
Create a Sale — Creates a sale in the OtterText account
Deletes a Sale — Delete a sale by external sale ID
Send Message (Instant) — Instantly send a message to a customer. (customer must be opted-in)
Send Message (Scheduled) — Schedule a message to send to a customer. (customer must be opted-in)
