• Create a file import — Creates a media import from a public URL and waits for the import to finish. Returns the media storage key.
• Create a post — Schedules a single-account post with dynamic fields.
• Get chats — Should be used for Facebook and Telegram accounts. Returns connected Telegram channels or Facebook pages user can publish to.
• Get connected accounts — Returns connected social media accounts.
• Make an API call — Performs an arbitrary authorized API call.
