Start a workflow when this happens

Watch file completed — Triggers when a file (PDF) has been generated. Receives file details including download ID, file name, share URL, and the parameters used for generation.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Download file — Downloads a PDF (individual) or ZIP (all files). Leave File ID empty to download all as ZIP.
Generate multiple PDFs (async) — Generates multiple PDFs in a single API call. Far more efficient than looping — reduces Make operation count significantly.
