Start a workflow when this happens

Access Ended — Triggers when somebody loses access to one of your courses, products, memberships or communities.
Access Given — Triggers when somebody gets access to one of your courses, products, memberships or communities, bought, free or as a gift.
Course Completed — Triggers when a student finishes one of your courses.
New Refund — Triggers each time money from a payment goes back to the buyer, a part refund included.
New Sale — Triggers when a buyer pays on one of your checkout pages, or takes an offer straight after.

Subscription Canceled — Triggers when a subscription to one of your courses, products, memberships or communities is set to end. They usually keep access until the end of the period they paid for.
Subscription Ended — Triggers when a subscription to one of your courses, products, memberships or communities stops, because it was canceled or its payments failed. A payment plan that finishes doesn't count.
