Changed Attribute — Triggers when an attribute is created, updated or deleted.
Changed Catalog Record — Triggers when any catalog record changes - a product, category, attribute or family is created, updated or deleted. Use the Entity and Event fields to tell them apart, or add a Filter step to narrow it down.
Changed Category — Triggers when a category is created, updated or deleted.
Changed Family — Triggers when an attribute family is created, updated or deleted.
Changed Product — Triggers when a product is created, updated or deleted. Use the Event field to tell which one happened.
