- Assessment Archived — Triggers when an assessment is archived or deleted. Pending invitations for it are expired at the same time.
- Assessment Updated — Triggers when an assessment is edited — title, questions, settings or status.
- Candidate Abandoned Assessment — Triggers when a started assessment is left unfinished past the assessment abandonment window (48 hours by default).
- Candidate Completed Assessment — Triggers when a candidate submits an assessment, whether they passed or not.
- Candidate Failed — Triggers when a completed submission scores below the assessment pass mark. Only fires on assessments that have a pass mark set.

- Archive Assessment — Archives an assessment and expires every pending invitation for it. Errors if it is already archived.
- Create Assessment — Creates a draft assessment. Publish it in Up&Up before inviting candidates.
- Create Invite Link — Creates an invitation and returns the link without emailing the candidate — use this when the Zap sends its own message.
- Invite Candidate — Creates a candidate if needed, creates an invitation and emails the candidate their assessment link.
- Send Reminder — Emails a candidate a reminder to finish an assessment they started. Errors if they have no assessment in progress.
