Start a workflow when this happens

Agent Request — Triggered by your AI Agent during a call or conversation to initiate a request.
Incoming Conversation — Triggers when an incoming call or message is received BEFORE your agent answers or replies. Useful for injecting context to your agent so it knows about who is calling or messaging.
New Conversation — Triggers when your Vida AI agent handles conversation whether call, text, or email. For calls, the event is sent after the complete call is handled. For texts, the event is sent after each agent response.
