User Achieved Certificate — Triggers, when a user achieves a certificate. The certificate can be achieved through test-taking or can be assigned manually to the user.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add User to Training — Adds a user to the training course. If a user with the defined username does not exist then creates a new user and adds them to the training course.
Create Attempt — This operation creates a test attempt for the user at a specified testing session for the optional specified test version with the identifiers provided in the request body.
Create User — Creates a new User. Username must be unique. Password will be automatically generated and then sent via email.
Create or Update User — Creates new, or updates existing User. Username and external ID must be unique. When creating a new User, password will be automatically generated and then sent via email.
Delete User — Deletes a User with the defined user ID.
