How to connect Ytel Platform

Ytel gives you an all in one customer engagement platform that allows you to call, text, and track contacts.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Carrier Lookup — Oftentimes the carrier a person uses determines how you want to market to them. Carrier Lookup will return information about the carrier including the carrier name, location, and whether it is a mobile number or not.
Create a Contact — Create a contact on the Ytel Platform with some of the basic information needed for communications. You may then use the returned ContactID to send an SMS, Make a Call, or store back into your trigger application for future use.
Send Campaign Using ContactID — Triggers the sending of a campaign. When sending a campaign it will either start the campaign immediately or queue it for sending if it is currently outside of timezone protection. This action allows you to send a campaign to a ContactID as the communication endpoint.
Send Campaign Using Phone — Triggers the sending of a campaign. When sending a campaign it will either start the campaign immediately or queue it for sending if it is currently outside of timezone protection. This action uses a contact phone number as the communication endpoint. If you already have a contact in our system or store results from adding a contact in your own system, use the Send Campaign using ContactID action.

Look up existing records

Search Contacts — Allows searching for contacts by email or phone number. When doing a search, all records that match all of the criteria will be returned.
