Things Salesflare can make it do

• Add Tag to Contact — Add one or more tags to a contact using their phone number.
• Check Customer Service Window — Checks whether the customer service window, free-flow window, or any active conversation is open for a specific contact number.

• Remove Tag to Contact — Remove one or more tags from a contact identified by their phone number.
