How to connect Zeffy

Zeffy is a 100% free, all-in-one fundraising platform for nonprofits: donation forms, event ticketing, auctions, and a built-in donor CRM.

Start a workflow when this happens

Deleted Contact — Triggers when a contact is deleted, including contacts absorbed by a merge. Delivers a reference (ID) only, since the contact itself is gone.
Deleted Payment — Triggers when a manual payment is deleted. Delivers a reference (ID) only, since the payment itself is gone.
New Contact — Triggers when a contact is created from a form, the dashboard, an import, or the API.
New Payment — Triggers when a payment is recorded, whatever its status (pending, succeeded, or failed): through a form, entered manually, imported, or created via the API. It does not mean the payment succeeded. To act only on payments that went through, use Successful Payment instead.
Successful Payment — Triggers when a payment succeeds (donations, tickets, memberships, and more), and only then. Use New Payment instead to catch every payment as soon as it is recorded, whatever its status.

Updated Contact — Triggers when a contact is updated, including edits cascading from a payment.
Updated Payment — Triggers when a payment is updated: a buyer info edit, a refund, or a status change.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Payment Record — Creates a record of a payment you already collected outside Zeffy, such as cash, a cheque or an in-kind gift. This does not charge anyone or process any money.
Create or Update Contact — Creates a contact, or updates the existing one if a contact already has this email address.
Delete Contact — Permanently deletes a contact, with the same effects as deleting it from your dashboard.
Delete Payment Record — Permanently deletes a payment record that was added manually or by import. Payments made online through a form cannot be deleted. This does not refund anyone or move any money.
