How to connect Asset Panda Pro

Asset Panda Pro is a cloud-based asset tracking platform that automates asset intake and triggers actions when assets are created or updated.

Start a workflow when this happens

New Record — Triggers when a new asset record is created in a selected collection.
Updated Record — Triggers when an asset record is updated. Use a Zapier Filter step to act on a specific field change (e.g. status = Checked Out).

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Record — Creates a new asset record in a selected Asset Panda Pro collection.
Find or Create Record — Finds a record by a field value, or creates one if none exists.
Update Record — Updates an existing asset record. Only the fields you map are changed; everything else is left as-is.
