- New Job in Status — Triggers when a background job enters the selected status — for example, a payout export or bulk import that finishes successfully.

- Create Data Worksheet Record — Creates a new record in a CaptivateIQ data worksheet — for example, pushing a deal or transaction into the worksheets that feed commission plans.
- Create Employee — Creates a new employee in your CaptivateIQ account.
- Start Payout Summary Export — Starts a payout summary export in CaptivateIQ and returns the export job, including its Job ID and status. The exported file isn't included. It becomes available after the job finishes, which you can check with the Find Job search.
- Update Data Worksheet Record — Updates an existing record in a CaptivateIQ data worksheet, keeping the worksheet in sync with the source system as deals progress.
- Update Employee — Updates an existing employee in your CaptivateIQ account (full replacement).

- Find Employee — Finds an employee in your CaptivateIQ account by email, employee ID, or name. Returns up to 25 matching employees.
- Find Job — Finds a CaptivateIQ background job by ID and returns its current status and details. The job may still be running, so check its status before using results such as the download link.
