  • Add File to Prospect — Attach a file from an earlier Zap step to a prospect. Supports files up to 25 MB and records the attachment in the prospect timeline. Free.
  • Add Note to Prospect — Write a note on a prospect. It shows in the prospect timeline in the app and the mobile app. Free.
  • Add Prospect — Add a property or person to your prospects. Pass a DealMachine record ID, or a street address to match the property first (address matching uses 1 property credit). Adding an existing prospect returns it unchanged.
  • Add Tag to Prospect — Tag a prospect. Choose an existing tag, or type a name and DealMachine creates the tag if it does not exist. Free.
  • Add to List — File properties or people into a DealMachine list. By default they also become prospects, so they show in the Prospects workspace and fire New Prospect. Free.
