- New Lead — Fires when a lead is captured on one of your pages (email gate, contact form, CTA, or pop-up). Filter by page to route leads from different pages to different destinations.
- Page Created — Fires when a page is created in your workspace — by a teammate, the API, a Zap, or CRM automation. The createdVia field says which, so add a Filter step to avoid loops with page-creating Zaps.
- Returning Lead — Fires when a known lead comes back to one of your pages — the highest-intent signal for a follow-up.

- Create Page From Template — Creates a page from one of your templates — a deal room, follow-up, or onboarding page. With Auto-Publish on, the returned Share URL is live and ready to send.
- Generate Page With AI — Generates a complete multi-tab page from a text brief using Distribute AI. The page is created instantly and content fills in over the next minute or two; with Auto-Publish on it goes live at the Share URL when generation finishes.
- Publish Page — Publishes a draft page and returns its live Share URL. Pair with Create Page From Template when Auto-Publish is off.
