EverRaise is a fundraising engagement platform that helps organizations connect with supporters through automated voice, SMS, and email campaigns.

Start a workflow when this happens

Call Completed — Triggers when a voice call finishes (answered, no-answer, or voicemail). Check is_voicemail_drop and status in the payload.
Donation Pledge Logged — Triggers when a call is classified as committed (pledge) or converted (donation completed).
Email Sent, Opened, or Clicked — Triggers when a drip email is sent, opened, or clicked. Filter on activity (sent, opened, or clicked). Opened/clicked require those drip events to be recorded.
Event RSVP Recorded — Triggers when an event RSVP is recorded (canonical drip event_type event_rsvp).
New Contact Enrolled — Triggers when a contact is newly enrolled (or re-enrolled) in a drip campaign flow.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add or Remove Tag — Adds or removes a tag on an EverRaise contact.
Create or Update Contact — Creates a new contact or updates an existing one (deduped by email, then phone within your organization). Requires a target campaign.
Enroll Contact in Campaign — Enrolls a contact in the active drip flow for the selected campaign. Idempotent — safe to run more than once. Response action is created, existing, reactivated, or suppressed (opted out — outreach will not send).
Mark Contact Opted Out — Marks a contact as opted out and suppresses future voice, SMS, and email outreach. All channels are opted out intentionally — selective channel opt-out is not exposed in Zapier.
