Start a workflow when this happens

Link Expired / Self-Destructed — Triggers when a document link burns - its view limit was reached and the link self-destructed. Pair with the Get Analytics Summary search to pull the final readership stats.
New Document Read — Triggers when one of your EveryPage PDFs is opened by a reader.
New Document Read (Instant) — Triggers when a reader finishes viewing one of your EveryPage PDFs, delivered instantly. The instant version of New Document Read.
New Download — Triggers when a reader (not you) downloads one of your EveryPage PDFs to disk.
New Form Fill — Triggers when a viewer completes the email gate or lead-capture form on one of your documents. Requires the Pro plan.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Link Variant — Mints a per-recipient tracked link for an existing document, so readership is attributed to each recipient. Requires the Pro plan.
Delete File — PERMANENTLY deletes a document: the file, every share link and QR code pointing at it, and its readership history. This cannot be undone - to merely stop access, use Update File Settings to expire the link instead.
Replace Content — Swaps the PDF behind an existing share link - the link, QR code, settings, and readership history all keep working. Requires the Pro plan.
Update File Settings — Updates the sharing settings of an existing document. Fields you leave blank keep their current values - e.g. expire a proposal link when the deal closes.
Upload PDF & Get Tracking Link — Uploads a PDF to EveryPage and returns a trackable share link.

Look up existing records

Find File — Finds one of your documents by file name (case-insensitive match).
Get Analytics Summary — Fetches a document's readership summary: views, sessions, unique visitors, time spent, downloads, and completion. Sections above your plan's tier are omitted (the tier field says which).
