Inkfree and Salesflare

How to connect Inkfree

Inkfree is an electronic signature platform. Send documents from templates, route them to signers in order, and track every signature to completion.

Start a workflow when this happens

Envelope Completed — Triggers when all signers have signed and the envelope is fully completed.
Envelope Voided — Triggers when an envelope is voided before all signers complete signing.
New Envelope Sent — Triggers when a new envelope is sent for signing.
Signer Declined — Triggers when a single signer declines to sign an envelope.
Signer Signed — Triggers when a single signer completes their signature on an envelope.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Create Envelope — Creates a new envelope from a saved template and sends it for signing.
Delegate Signer — Replaces a pending signer on an envelope with a new signer email.
Get Signed Document — Downloads the signed PDF for a completed envelope. Returns a file Zapier can pass to downstream steps (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Resend Envelope to Pending Signers — Re-sends the signing email to all currently-pending signers of an envelope. Does not affect already-signed signers.
Void Envelope — Voids an envelope, cancelling all pending signatures. The envelope must not already be signed or voided.

Look up existing records

Find Envelope by ID — Looks up an envelope by its inkfree envelope ID. Returns the envelope if found, or empty if not found / belongs to another tenant.
Find Envelope by Subject — Searches the most recent 100 envelopes for a subject substring match (case-insensitive).
Find Signer by Email — Finds all signing entries (envelope + signer context) for a given email across the tenant.
Find Template by Name — Searches the most recent 100 templates for a name substring match (case-insensitive).
