- New User — Triggers when a new user is created in JumpCloud.
- User State Changed — Triggers when a user changes state in JumpCloud (STAGED, ACTIVATED, or SUSPENDED). Changes are detected by polling: the first check only records a baseline without firing, and Detected At is when Zapier noticed the change, not when it happened in JumpCloud.

Things Salesflare can make it do
- Add User to Group — Adds a user to a JumpCloud user group so they receive the permissions and applications associated with that group. Adding a user who is already a member succeeds without changes.
- Reactivate User — Reactivates a suspended JumpCloud user, restoring their access. Reactivating a user who is already active succeeds without changes. This does not activate STAGED users (use the Activate Staged User action for that), and it does not reset MFA enrollment or login restrictions.
- Suspend User — Suspends a JumpCloud user, revoking their access to JumpCloud-protected resources. Suspending an already-suspended user succeeds without changes, and STAGED users are also transitioned to SUSPENDED. Note: suspension blocks future requests but does not instantly terminate sessions that are already in flight.
