Start a workflow when this happens

Campaign Sent — Triggers when a campaign in your MailGraf account finishes sending.
Contact Unsubscribed — Triggers when a contact unsubscribes, through the unsubscribe link or manually in MailGraf.
Email Bounced — Triggers when an email sent to a contact bounces.
New Contact — Triggers when a new contact is added to your MailGraf account.
Spam Complaint — Triggers when a contact reports an email as spam.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add Contact to List — Adds an existing contact to a list.
Add Email to Block List — Adds an email address to your account block list so MailGraf never sends to it.
Create or Update Contact — Creates a new contact, or updates the existing contact with the same email address, and can add it to a list.
Find or Create Contact — Finds a contact by email address, or creates it when none exists.
Remove Contact From List — Removes a contact from a list. The contact stays in your account.
