Start a workflow when this happens

Contact Created/Updated — Triggers when a new contact is created or updated.
Contact Unsubscribed — Triggers when a contact is unsubscribed.
Email Link Opened — Triggers when an link is opened.
Email Opened — Triggers when an email is opened.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add Contact to an Automation Flow — Add contact to an automation Flow.
Create (And Subscribe)/Update a Contact — Creates or updates a contact. If a matching contact is found then it will be updated, otherwise a new contact with being subscribed (no double opt in) will be created in the selected contact list.
Create (Double-Opt-In)/Update a Contact — Creates or updates a contact. If a matching contact is found then it will be updated, otherwise a new contact without being directly subscribed (double opt in enabled) will be created in the selected contact list.
Create/Update a Contact and Add It to a Flow — Creates or updates a contact. If a matching contact is found then it will be updated, otherwise a new contact will be created in the selected contact list. The affected Contact will be added to the selected automation Flow.
Subscribe a Contact — Subscribes a contact with a double opt-in process according to the contact list settings.
