Start a workflow when this happens

Attachment Received — Triggers when a new email attachment is received.
Document Parsed — Triggers when Parsio finishes parsing a document. If the document contains table fields, they are returned as nested arrays.
Document Parsed (Flat Tables) — Triggers when Parsio finishes parsing a document. If the document contains table fields, they are flattened into columns.
Table Parsed — Triggers when a particular table field is parsed (new or old document). This trigger only provides table data without other mailbox regular and meta fields.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Extract Data From a Document — Imports a document into a Parsio mailbox, waits for parsing to finish, and returns the extracted data in the same Zap step. ZIP files are not supported. If parsing takes too long, the action returns with parsing_in_progress: true so you can continue the workflow and retrieve the result later if needed.
Extract Data From a Document (Async) — Imports a document into a Parsio mailbox and returns the document ID immediately, without waiting for parsing to finish. Use the Document Parsed trigger to get extracted data when it is ready. If you want parsed data back in the same Zap step, use the 'Extract Data From a Document' action instead.
