Start a workflow when this happens

Call Hung Up — Triggers when a call is hung up.
New Emergency Call — Triggers when someone places an emergency call (e.g. 911 in the USA).
New Inbound Call — Triggers when an inbound call is received from the PSTN.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Hangup a Call — Hangs up an active phone call.
Make an Outbound Call — Rings an extension, then begins to connect that extension with the outside number. Traditionally referred to as "Click to Call."
Park a Call — Send an active call to a specific Parking Space.
Run Automation — Runs the designated automation. Automations are configured in Qvara within UC Admin > Call Control Apps > Automations.
Send a Fax — Send a fax from a phone number. The fax file must be a PDF.

Send a Text Message — Send a text message from a messaging-enabled phone number.
Start Recording a Call — Start recording an active call. If the same call was previously recorded, this will continue to append audio to the existing recording. Available as a WAV file after the call is hung up.
Stop Recording a Call — Stop recording an active call. Any existing recording of this call will be available as a WAV file after the call is hung up.
Transfer a Call — Transfers a call to the given destination.
