Things Salesflare can make it do
- Add/Update Contact — Add a contact to a list. Insert-only despite the name - see help text below. This does not update an existing contact, and a replayed run can create a duplicate.
- Cancel Campaign — Cancel a pending or in-review campaign before it sends.
- Cancel SMS — Cancel a previously scheduled SMS before it sends.
- Delete Contact — Delete a contact by mobile number, from one list or from all of your lists at once. Destructive - deletes every matching row, with no undo.
- Format Number — Formats and validates a phone number: returns its MSISDN/E.164 form, country, carrier, and mobile/validity flags. Read-only lookup, no cost or side effects - safe to use as a formatting step mid-Zap.

- Get SMS Info — Looks up a single message by ID. Covers both sent and received messages despite the label - check the returned "direction" field ("in"/"out"). Errors if the ID does not exist or belongs to another account.

- Send SMS to List — Creates an asynchronous SMS campaign against a contact list - this is NOT an instant single send. Delivery can be delayed (pushed out automatically on large lists) or routed into manual review before anything goes out (large recipient counts, a schedule that lands on a Sunday, or a message variation that is not GSM-encodable). For immediate single-recipient delivery, use Send SMS instead.

Look up existing records
- Find Contact — Finds a contact by exact MSISDN match. Leave List blank to search across every list you own - a number can appear on more than one list, and a Search step only returns the first match found, so set List when you need a guaranteed single result.
- Report on Messages Sent — Finds sent messages within a date range (max 30 days), newest first. Different mode of the same endpoint the SMS Sent trigger polls - this one takes an explicit Start/End range and offset paging instead of a cursor.
