How to connect Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is a mass texting service that allows you to send personalized, informational, and emergency text messages.

Start a workflow when this happens

Broadcast Status Change — Triggers when broadcast status is changed.
New Inbound Text — Triggers when a Text is received.
New Opt-In — Triggers when a contact is opted back in to voice or text messages.
New Opt-Out — Triggers when a contact is opted out of voice or text messages.
New Outbound Text — Triggers when a text is sent.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add Opt-Out — Adds a phone number to the opt-out list for text messages, voice messages, or both.
Create Group — Creates a new Contact Group.
Create/Update Contact — Creates a new contact, or updates an existing one matched by phone number. On update, only the fields you fill in are changed; fields left blank keep their current values.
Delete Group — Deletes a Group in Text-Em-All.
Find or Create Contact — Finds a Contact in the system.

Look up existing records

Find Consent Status — Looks up the opt-out / consent status for a phone number. Intended for Zap routing logic. It does not replace Text-Em-All's send-time opt-out enforcement, which always applies.
