Start a workflow when this happens

Incoming Message — Triggers when a new incoming message is received.
Link Visit — Triggers when a shortened link you sent in a message is visited
Web Form Signup — Triggers when a webform is completed

Things Salesflare can make it do

Add Contact to List — Adds a contact to a list based on phone number. A new contact will be created if one does not already exist.
Add or Update Contact — Creates a new contact or updates an existing one (based on phone number)
Create List — Create a new list to add contacts to
Get Custom Fields — This returns an array of custom fields in use by your organization.
