Things Salesflare can make it do

Attach Document to Order — Upload a file to an order's Documents tab. Map the file from a previous step (e.g. a Gmail or Outlook attachment) and the Order ID from a trigger like "New Order Created".
Mark Order Invoice Paid — Checks (or unchecks) the order's "Invoice Paid" box — the same checkbox as the Fees section in the app. Requires Invoice Paid tracking to be enabled for your organization.
Update Order Custom Field — Sets (or clears) one of the order's custom field values — the same fields as the order Edit page. Company fields accept a company name; multi-select fields accept comma-separated values.
Update Order Status — Moves an order into a different status. Fires the same automations as changing the status in the app (including "Order Status Changed" zaps).
