How to connect BulkPublish

BulkPublish is a social media API to publish, schedule, and manage posts across 11 platforms from a single API.

Things Salesflare can make it do

Approve Post — Approves a post that is pending team approval. It publishes at its scheduled time, or immediately if that time passed less than 15 minutes ago. If the scheduled time passed more than 15 minutes ago, "If Late" decides: publish it now, or approve it but return it to Status "draft" (Approval Status "approved", scheduled time unchanged) so the author is notified to choose a new time. Left empty, the post's own Publish When Approved setting decides (publish if on, otherwise return to draft).
Create Channel Set — Saves a named group of channels for one-click targeting. Max 50 sets per organization; names are unique per organization (a duplicate name returns a 409 DUPLICATE_NAME error).
Create Label — Creates a new label for organizing posts.
Create Post — Creates a new social media post (draft or scheduled) on one or more channels.
Create RSS Feed — Adds an RSS/Atom feed for autoposting. Feeds are polled every 15 minutes; new items become posts on the selected channels. Max 20 feeds per organization.

Delete Channel Set — Deletes a channel set. The channels themselves are not affected.
Delete Label — Deletes a label by ID.

Delete RSS Feed — Deletes an RSS autopost feed. Posts already created from the feed are not affected.
Publish Post — Publishes a draft post immediately to all its target channels.

Retry Post — Retries publishing a failed or partially failed post. Only retries platforms that failed.
Update Channel Set — Renames a channel set or changes its channels. Provide at least one of Name or Channel IDs.
Update Post — Updates an existing draft or scheduled post.
Update RSS Feed — Updates an RSS autopost feed (name, URL, channels, mode, enabled). Changing the feed URL re-baselines the feed — only items newer than the change are posted; the backlog is not flooded.
Upload Media — Uploads an image or video file from a URL to BulkPublish for use in posts.

Find Post — Finds a post by ID.
Get Analytics Summary — Gets analytics summary for a date range — total posts, status breakdown, per-platform stats.
Get Post Metrics — Gets engagement metrics (impressions, likes, comments, shares) for a published post. Totals are summed across every channel the post went to. IMPORTANT: a 0 does not always mean zero engagement — each platform reports a different subset of metrics, and anything a platform has no API for is stored as 0. X never reports reach, saves, clicks or video views; Bluesky and Mastodon never report impressions; Pinterest never reports reach; YouTube never reports shares or reach. Check the Supported Metrics field on each entry in Platforms before treating a 0 as a measurement. Link Clicks is the exception: it counts clicks on bulkpubli.sh short links, measured by BulkPublish rather than reported by the platform, so it is available even for platforms that report nothing. It is separate from Clicks (the platform's own figure) — one visit can register in both, so never add them together.
Get Quota Usage — Gets current plan limits and usage — posts, channels, media, API requests.
List Channel Sets — Lists saved channel sets (named channel groups for one-click targeting).
