Actions (14)

Things Salesflare can make it do

  • Activate a User — Activate a user that has been deactivated in the community.
  • Add User to Community — Add a user to your community. If the user is already a member they will not be re-added. If the user is being added to the community for the first time then any automations setup for the "user joined community" trigger will fire. This is not an invitation to the community, the user will need to login via emailed link or via social sign on.
  • Add User to a Group — Add a user to the specified group. If the user is already a member they will not be re-added. Only custom groups can have users added to them, if a subgroup is selected the action will add the user to any pre-requesite parent groups. If the group (or subgroup) selected is a product level group, the user will need to be a member of the group or the action will cause an error. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.
  • Add User to a Pathway — Add a user to the specified pathway. If the user is already a member they will not be re-added. This adds the user directly to the pathway bypassing registration completely, it is not an invite. If the user is added for the first time they will receive any automations that fire for a user being added to a pathway. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.
  • Add User to a Product — Add a user to the specified product. If the user is already a member they will not be re-added. This adds the user directly to the product bypassing registration completely, it is not an invite. If the user is added for the first time they will receive any automations that fire for a user being added to a product. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.

  • Deactivate a User — Deactivates an active user in the community.
  • Fetch a User Profile — Fetch a user profile by user ID or email. User IDs are returned from most triggers and actions. One of User ID or User Email is required otherwise this action will throw an error. If both fields are provided then only the User ID field will be used.
  • Get Login Link for User — Returns a login link for the user with the specified email address. For security reasons, the provided login link will take the user to a page that will automatically send them an automated email with a link to login to Disco. The user must already exist in Disco or the action will return an error. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.
  • Invite User to a Pathway — Invites a user to the specified pathway. This will only invite users who are not already part of the pathway or who do not have a pending invitation.
  • Invite User to a Product — Invites a user to the specified product. This will only invite users who are not already part of the product or who do not have a pending invitation.
  • Remove User From Community — Remove a user from your community. All their actions in any experience in the community will be removed. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.
  • Remove User From a Group — Remove a user from the selected group. If the group has subgroups the user will be removed from any subgroups linked to the parent group. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.
  • Remove User From a Pathway — Unenrolls a user from the selected pathway. This action requires an email or a user ID to be provided, if both are provided then the ID will be preferred over the email.
