Create or Update Customer — Creates or updates a customer in the Orderchamp Cloud, only support direct (portal/sales app) customers. To update an existing customer, provide one of: Customer ID, External Customer ID, or External ID. To create a new customer, Company Name, Email, Country, and Locale are required.
Create or Update Product — Creates a product if it does not exist yet, or updates it if it does — matched on the first Variant SKU. If the SKU is found, the product (and that variant) are updated; if not, a new product is created. Provide a Variant SKU or an Orderchamp Product ID (a Product ID always updates that specific product). (Note: Orderchamp cannot look up products by External Product ID, so SKU is used as the match key.)
