- Create Contact — Creates a new contact in Routemize. If a contact with the same email or phone number already exists, the existing contact is returned instead.
- Place Voice Agent Call — Has the Routemize AI voice agent call a lead from one of your AI Voice Booking numbers and walk them through booking. Success means the call was placed, not that the lead answered or booked — outcomes appear in Voice Agent call history.
