Save Meeting Recap — Saves a meeting recap (transcript / summary) in LaunchBay as a completed meeting. If an Event ID is supplied and a meeting was previously scheduled for that same Event ID via the Schedule Meeting action, that record is updated instead of duplicated.
Schedule Meeting — Schedules an upcoming meeting in LaunchBay (e.g. fired when a calendar event is created) with a status set to scheduled. Pair with the Save Meeting Recap action later, by passing the same Event ID, to attach the transcript and flip the meeting to completed.
